Post 4: A Meal or Food you really like


 My favorite food is tuna croquettes. It is very easy to make, you only need a jar of canned tuna, half an onion, salt, a clove of garlic, an egg, olive oil and breadcrumbs. First you have to chop the onion and garlic into small squares. Then, in a bowl you have to put the tuna, a pinch of salt, integrate the onion and garlic, and finally add an egg and mix it all (step 1). With the mixture ready, you have to form small balls (like a hamburger), roll them in breadcrumbs (step 2) and fry them in a frying pan with olive oil until golden brown (step 3 and step 4). 

I really like this recipe because it is easy, quick and tasty. For me it is a super fun dish, especially to make it with children and encourage healthy living.

It is also a very healthy dish, since tuna is rich in omega 3, minerals, vitamin B12 among others, which are good for the body, so you can integrate it into your diet without fear.
